CASE STUDY
We had the pleasure of collaborating with the builder on this thoughtfully designed duplex, providing expertise in select finishes, lighting, and millwork.

Brought in during the construction phase, we worked seamlessly within the project's timeline and budget to enhance these homes with elevated yet functional design choices.

Taking inspiration from the historic red oak trees that line the street, we wove both literal and abstract references into the interiors, creating a warm and sophisticated atmosphere. Each space balances modern elegance with a sense of place.
